Jivamukti yoga

A very challenging, yet spiritual practice. A typical class presents classical yoga teachings that resonate both on and off the mat. Each month brings a different focus for spiritual teachings. Expect flowing vinyasa sequences, chanting, breath awareness, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation.

Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti yoga, also called Bhakti Marga, is a spiritual path or spiritual practice within Hinduism focused on loving devotion towards any personal deity. It is one of the three classical paths in Hinduism which lead to Moksha (or liberation), the other paths being Jnana yoga and Karma yoga.

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a dynamic practice, divided into sequences (or series). This class delivers the full primary series done in 90 minutes. A challenging, consistent sequence with occasional variations into the 2nd series for advanced practice.

vinyasa flow yoga

Vinyasa Flow

This flow class will start with breath work for grounding and settling into your mind and releasing tension from the body. Slowly moves into a series of flowing sequences which includes standing, balancing and seated postures which will help you to improve flexibility, strength, and concentration. This is often a strong practice which will take you to the next level of your yoga journey with appropriate modifications and adjustments for any abilities.

A fixed sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a beautifully balanced class, including asana warm-up, chanting, intention-setting, surya namaskar (sun salutations), standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation.

Holistic Yoga is a type of yoga that combines movement with a focus upon the breath, to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. Holistic Yoga is a term that's sometimes used to mean the ‘whole body’. It denotes a fusion of style or traditions, aiming to transform every aspect of life.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. The definition of Power Yoga varies depending on where you practise, but there are some core characteristics that most power yoga classes have in common: Strength-building, and intensity. 

Yin Restorative yoga

Yin Restorative

A very slow and highly restorative practice, where each posture is held for several minutes at a time. It is designed to release stress and tension in the body and allow your focus to turn inwards.
