One Yoga, Horwich
Our new One Yoga Studio has just launched. It is the space we hoped it would be – warm, welcoming with room for exploration of the self.
A great location easily commutable from Manchester centre, with rural beauty right on the doorstep. As we put down our roots here, and our community grows, we will be sharing local events for the area – encouraging you to take your yoga off the mat and into the wider world.

Meeting Paul (Studio director) I saw right off the bat, that he was an amazingly logical and organised person. Like the balance of Yin and Yang, we complement each other beautifully, and share a vision for the future. Suddenly I could see a way forward for the resurrection of One Yoga again…
Like many of us, we experienced great upheaval through the Covid pandemic, and it meant closing the doors of our original studio. This studio and its people had practised with Matthew (my first teacher) who died shortly after opening. I had built and sustained a thriving community in that space for over the decade that followed. Closing those doors brought so much sadness.
As I continued to teach in other studios and retreats, it was a beautiful honour, but I wanted to raise One Yoga up out of the ground. I wanted One Yoga to reach further than it ever did before and with Paul, I found my logic, my grounding, my vision for our future. We spent the next 12 months getting the old business right and the new business up and running, whilst developing plans to move forward and open multiple studios.
One Yoga Horwich launched in September 2023, but we haven’t stopped there. One Yoga is back, and this is only the beginning...”

Our new website is a virtual platform that will allow us to connect with you on a new level. It will serve as the portal to One Yoga UK – which will house a huge video library of teachings, meaning you can practise with us anywhere in the world.
